Ingredients:
3-4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed into 1/2" pieces 1 yam, peeled and cubed into 1/2" pieces 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed into 1/2" pieces 1/4 cup of water

Variation:
Instead of cooking on the stove for 20-30 minutes, use the thermal cooking method. After cooking on low setting for 8 minutes, remove pan from stove and place into clip-on serving base. Cook off the stove for 20-30 minutes and save energy.
