The 'Fiamma' Casserole by Fissler has a graceful, convex pot body in satin finish high grade 18/10 stainless steel with sturdy, easy to grasp handles made of high gloss finish 18/10 stainless steel.  Perfect for healthy cooking with little water and with a tightly closing lid designed to keep in the heat and aroma.  The Encapsulated Super Thermic base is suitable for use on all kinds of stoves - including induction - and is ideal for browning and stewing meat.  Food will stay hot in the casserole for a long time once cooked.  20cm diameter pot with a 2.7 litre capacity.
