Finest Kitchenware is a family run online business based in Surrey in the South East of England. Run by husband and wife team, Paul and Pip Harris, we are experienced online traders and absolutely committed to providing the best possible service to our customers at all times. We're also very keen cooks and many of the items offered for sale here have been tried and tested by ourselves in family kitchen environments and subsequently chosen for inclusion on Finest Kitchenware for their functionality, quality and styling. With kitchens rightly considered the heart of the home and with the increasing trend towards open plan living it is extremely important to us that we offer items that satisfy our strict form and function criteria - enhancing your kitchen and dining rooms areas with style and good looks but also serving the purpose for which they were intended. If it's well designed, great looking and practical then it's in!
We're working extremely hard on increasing the range of items on-sale to include dinnerware, oven to tableware, cutlery, kitchen and table linen, as well as the wide range of kitchen accessories, utensils and cookware we already offer - please be assured that nothing we sell we wouldn't be proud to have in our own kitchens (and in some cases we already do).
We are also very pleased to be able to offer some items from smaller, more exclusive suppliers - items that you might not be able to find on the average High Street - we're constantly on the lookout for new ranges and smaller 'artisan' suppliers so do keep checking back for new items, updates and services. Wedding List Service
We intend to launch an online Wedding List service shortly. The Bride and Groom will be able browse our site at their leisure and choose the items they'd like - their guests will be informed of where and how to access the list for their couple and purchase their gift online - safe in the knowledge that the item is actually wanted by them and in stock (so no more multiple toaster situations!) We have real-time stock control - so if any item has already been bought from the list it will be shown as purchased and subsequently unavailable for re-purchase by another guest. At the time of checkout guests can provide us with a personalised message for the Bride and Groom which will be included with the gift and the items will be beautifully gift-wrapped and delivered to the happy couple at a date and address specified by them. What could be easier for everyone? Finest Kitchenware gift vouchers can also be given if required.

Ordering and Payment Information
ONLINE PAYMENTS
All online payments are taken using secured payment pages. You may pay instantly in GB £ using your credit/debit card via our secure checkout powered by Protx or, if you prefer, by PayPal.
CHEQUE IN POST
We can also accept payment by £GB cheque sent in the post; but cannot ship items until the payment has cleared through our account (usually 7 working days from receipt of cheque).
We will always endeavour to keep you fully informed on the progress of your order.
Postage, Packaging & Delivery
All goods are in stock and will be dispatched within 5 days of cleared payment (Monday to Friday only).
UK Mainland Destinations
We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders over £75.
For UK mainland orders under £75 the cost of postage and packing is automatically calculated according to weight and displayed when you add items to your basket.
Non-UK Mainland International Destinations
The cost of International Airmail postage and packing is automatically calculated according to weight and displayed when you add items to your basket. We send all items internationally using Royal Mail Airmail with a delivery estimate of 4-10 days from date of postage dependant on the destination.
For some particularly heavy and/or bulky items the checkout facility has been disabled and we ask that overseas customers contact us for a shipping price to their location.
Refund & Exchange Policy

In the rare event that you buy an item that has been significantly mis-described by us we will offer you your money back in full or, if you prefer, an exchange - on the condition that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item and that you return it to us in the original condition it was received.
In the unfortunate and unlikely event that loss or damage occurs during transit you will also be fully refunded by us provided you contact us immediately and keep the damaged item AND all the original packaging - they will need to be made available for inspection in order for us to make a claim against the carrier.

We sincerely hope that you will never have cause to complain about our products or services - please be assured that it is our intention to offer a quick, efficient and pleasant shopping experience for our customers. However, if you do have cause to make a complaint please email us immediately with your concerns - we will do our utmost to assist and resolve the situation promptly.
