This easy to use professional grade cook's/blow torch is ideal for caramelising puddings like creme brulees, crisping and browning meat, quick roasting peppers to remove the skins and so much more.  Made from a smart silver finish plastic with a comfy grip handle, it is fitted with a safety lock button.  Comes supplied without fuel for safety reasons - fill only with high quality universal butane gas lighter refill (can be bought from most newsagents or tobacconists).  Comes with full care and instruction guide (please read and retain instructions and use this item with care - blow torches can be dangerous).
