Fissler 'Clippix' Spatter Shield

The Fissler 'Clippix' Spatter Shield has a special shape that allows steam to escape whilst keeping spattering fat in. It can be used on any pot or pan with a diameter of between 24cm to 28cm by resting it on top during cooking. However, it has a clever clip-in function compatible with Fissler 'Steelux', 'Alux' and 'Emax' pan ranges. Has an eyelet for hanging and is easy to clean dishwasher safe - a very useful piece of kit!
